Professional Profinet Training for Developers and Technicians
The Profinet training imparts practical knowledge of Profinet technology – from the fundamentals to diagnosis and professional implementation. It is aimed at developers, users, and service technicians who want to efficiently use Profinet in their own automation projects. Participants learn to securely configure devices, systematically analyze errors, and operate networks stably.
Goal of the Profinet Training
The training provides an in-depth understanding of the structure and functionality of Profinet networks. Participants learn how to correctly set up and parameterize devices, how to identify and resolve typical errors, and how to operate networks stably and reliably. The goal is to be able to apply the knowledge directly in their own projects and optimize the performance of automation systems.
Training Contents
The training covers topology, protocol management, PROFINET services, GSDML device description, configuration of PROFINET networks, Alarm Handling, Profinet RT and IRT, ProfiSAFE, and ProfiDRIVE. Practical exercises with Wireshark analyses support participants in monitoring PROFINET traffic, diagnosing errors, and efficiently configuring network segments.
Who is the Profinet Training suitable for?
The Profinet training is aimed at software developers, commissioning engineers, automation engineers, service technicians, and technical project managers. Prior knowledge in automation or network technology is helpful but not strictly required. The training conveys practically relevant knowledge that can be directly applied in automation projects.
Course Formats
The training is offered in a Hybrid Format: Remote, on-site, or in-house at the customer's location, allowing for flexible learning regardless of location. On-site courses at Sybera offer an interactive environment and exchange with other participants. In-house training can also be individually tailored to company projects and specific requirements.
This Profinet training is vendor-independent and provides well-founded technical knowledge that contributes to the stable, efficient, and powerful use of Profinet networks in automation projects.
